2. Pre-launch collection
The site currently presents a brand and product collection in development. Product names, images, materials, specifications, availability, and introductory prices are concepts and may change. Displaying an item does not constitute an offer for sale, and the site does not currently accept purchases.
3. Permitted use
You may browse the site and request first access for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse automated systems, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Brand and intellectual property
The R&A by Salem name, wordmark, collection names, photographs, graphics, copy, and site design are owned by or used with permission by R&A by Salem and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view the site for personal use.
5. First-access requests
When you join the first-access list, you confirm that the email address belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. Joining does not guarantee product allocation, pricing, purchase eligibility, or a specific launch date. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be interrupted. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site or collection preview without notice.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
The site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. R&A by Salem is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
